Go therefore and make disciples of all the nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father and of the Son and of the Holy Spirit,  teaching them to observe all things that I have commanded you; and lo, I am with you always, even to the end of the age.” Amen.

Common Table: Virtual Pastor Groups

Common Table is a virtual gathering space designed specifically for pastors who want to read well, lead well, and grow well—together. Around this table, leaders engage carefully selected resources tailored to the unique challenges and callings of ministry, creating space not just for learning, but for honest conversation and shared wisdom. It’s more than a book group; it’s a relational circle where “iron sharpens iron,” where encouragement and accountability meet, and where no one has to carry the weight of leadership alone. Common Table invites pastors to pull up a chair, open a book, and strengthen one another as they continue the work they’ve been called to do.

School of Discipleship

The West Florida School of Discipleship is designed to come alongside the existing NSOM model, strengthening and supporting it by equipping lay volunteers with a firm, biblical foundation for teaching and leadership. This school exists to serve the local church by developing confident, grounded leaders who understand not only what they believe, but why they believe it. Through intentional training, practical theology, and ministry-focused application, participants will grow in both character and competency. The goal is simple: to ensure that every volunteer who steps into a teaching or leadership role does so from a place of clarity, conviction, and spiritual maturity—ready to lead others with wisdom and faithfulness.
