REGISTRATION INSTRUCTIONS

Registration Deadline is January 23.

After this deadline, any late registrations must be approved due to fun arts scheduling, t-shirt orders & food catering deadlines.

Using the icons above, you can register both students & group leaders. Also you can see the Fun Arts rule book & print off a group fine arts form that needs to be emailed to Columbia.Perry@gmail.com when completed.

NOTE: Parents that are attending just to watch their child perform in Fun Arts do not need to register, however, they are not included in the lunch provided for all registrants.

• Students & leaders use the same registration form link. (Group leaders, make sure your parents have your email so you will receive a copy of every registration form that comes in.
• Every group leader that is coming must have a pastoral reference form from their lead pastor.
• Background checks on all leaders attending with a group must be current and on file with your local church.
• Once a church registers, our office will email the group leader a shared Group Registration Spreadsheet to track attendance.

PAYMENTS: The registration link has a payment portal built in for parents/leaders to pay individually. However, there is a coupon code, "Check" that will zero out the account for them or their church to pay for the students/group via check at the event or mail in. Please make sure parents and group leaders have communicated those expectations with each other and our office.
